They advertise *$10 off *with first order through the app. Download the app it takes all my personal information to set up the account then suddenly you're hit with more conditions to get the promotion such as minimum order of $30

The extra stipulations are not listed anywhere on their flyers or advertising. Breaching Australian consumer law.

We've been living in Rosebery for 11 years and hadn't tried Pitsa yet. We aren't huge pizza eaters, but we'd like to find somewhere that is good value and consistently good. We ordered a cappriciosa and a veggie lovers. The pizzas arrived in under 15 minutes (wow!) and were piping hot and delicious! Really appreciated the dough (not too thin, not too thick it was just right) the quality and amount of ingredients and the sauce base, which tasted homemade. Also liked the free delivery. We will definitely order from Pitsa again. Thank you!

My go-to in Eastlakes for when I want a quick dinner.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Their recent app change appears to no longer have the option to pay on pickup which may be an inconvenience to some.

Ordered gluten free vegan pizza for my friends with allergies a few weeks ago, and they loved it.

Staff are always friendly, attentive and intuitive, it's been a pleasure to be their customer while living in the area.

Edit: I've left my original review underneath but I'm so happy you've replied! The Greek lamb on the gluten free base is awesome we just didn't have the new app I guess. My only suggestion is there's no more cash option but next time we will just order over the phone! Thank you so much for replying.

We love your pizza and the lamb one is one of our favourites but recently I was put on a new diet with no gluten and there's no gluten free options so far so I am sad. Crust have a nice gluten free option but it's just not the same we miss ordering from you! 😭

Honestly, Blown away by these guys.. they had just closed up shop i just missed it by the time I had arrived he was closing the doors , in an incredibly kind gesture he handed me the pizza he made for himself! I will definitely make sure my family and friends support these guys ! Thank you again and I will be seeing you guys very soon !

Just moved to the area and I couldn’t recommend enough. Have ordered pizza twice now and will definitely be a regular for this quality pizza that doesn’t just taste great but leaves me and the family feeling good after too! Amazing food, amazing service and an amazing experience!

Loved the pizzas here. A delicate base, crispy crust and subtle but tasty topping. Only had a few tables out front, which is a shame, but really worth trying.

Service was superb. The owner was very friendly, coming to chat for a while. Really made us feel welcome.

As an aside, 4 hour parking around the corner.
